Refund Policy

Short version

Pro subscribers get a full refund if they ask within 7 days of their first payment. One-time reports are non-refundable once the report has been generated.

Pro subscription ($49/month)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first month's payment. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

  • Refunds apply to the first month only
  • Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable (you can cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged again)
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method

One-time report ($9)

Because the full audit report is delivered instantly upon payment, one-time report purchases are non-refundable. If you believe there was an error with your report or you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we'll make it right.

How to request a refund

Email outreach@getsiteaudit.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include:

  • The email address used for your purchase
  • The date of your payment

We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Cancellation vs. refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. If you want a refund for the current period (within the 7-day window), please email us explicitly to request one.
