Terms of Service

1. The service

SiteAudit provides automated website SEO and performance audits. Results are generated using publicly available data and third-party APIs (Google PageSpeed Insights). Audit scores and recommendations are informational only — we do not guarantee any specific improvement in search rankings, traffic, or revenue as a result of following our suggestions.

2. Free audits

Free audits require no account and are available to anyone. We reserve the right to rate-limit or restrict access if the free tier is abused (e.g. automated scraping, excessive requests).

3. Paid plans

Pro — $49/month

A recurring monthly subscription. You will be billed automatically each month. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made.

One-time report — $9

A single payment for one full audit report. No subscription, no recurring charges.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time by contacting us at outreach@getsiteaudit.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SiteAudit to:

  • ✗ Audit websites you do not own or have permission to test
  • ✗ Attempt to overload or attack any website via our audit tool
  • ✗ Scrape or copy our audit results at scale using automated tools
  • ✗ Resell or redistribute audit reports without our written permission
  • ✗ Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

SiteAudit is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit results will be perfectly accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Changes to the service

We may update features, pricing, or these terms at any time. For material changes to paid plans, we will provide at least 30 days notice by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
